Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Proplus Malaysia. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy..

We will ship to addresses provided in the shipping address during your purchase. Please ensure that correct address and reachable phone number are provided when completing your order.

We shall not be liable to any losses or damages in the event of an incorrect shipping address or unreachable phone number is provided.

Please note that, the shipment delivery lead time and self pick-up lead time will start on the next working day after your purchase.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and informed by email or Whatsapp. You will need to pay the shipping charges to confirm your shipment. Shipping channels available: Courier, Lalamove or Grab Express.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Proplus Malaysia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

You can choose to collect your purchases at our Kepong or Subang outlet at:

Once the order is ready for collection, we will send you an email notification or phone call.

* Self pick-up hours will be subjected to change due to public holiday, any unforeseen events and company events.

* We strongly encourage customer to inspect the purchased item during self pick-up, we will not be liable to any damaged or missing item once customer leaves the outlet.

* Self pick-up order must be collected within 30 days from the date of purchase. Failure to collect the order within the 30 days timeframe will result in the forfeit of the order and with no refund.
